Beautiful Signs for a Better Planet
Custom Interior Wood ADA Signs
Most of our custom ADA signs are made of a wood sign base and non-toxic additive manufacturing material for lettering, braille and pictograms. We use real wood because it is strong, renewable, biodegradable and stores carbon. Compare this approach to signs made by traditional sign companies, which use fossil-fuel derived, non-biodegradable plastics.
Our fast, standard signs are made of FSC 100% certified aspen from the Upper Peninsula of Michigan (the UP). We also stock FSC mix baltic birch plywood for an economical alternative to solid woods.

Yes, from grade 2 braille and ADA compliant fonts to proper spacing our ADA signs meet federal signage requirements.
We are ADA signage experts and have an in-depth understanding of sign content and installation regulations. For easy to understand requirements information review our ADA Sign Requirement FAQs.
Green Dot Sign samples are available. Reach out with firm or project information and we’ll provide samples from recently completed projects.
Whether using your logo, Pantone color or a custom paint we want to make sure your unique signage is just right. Custom signs samples generally cost between $100 and $750, with the most common amount being $250. These costs defray the labor and material involved in producing any custom product. Half of the sample invoice is taken off of your production order. This way, you can see your exact sign and get to know our team before committing to production volume orders.
Building project specifiers and graphic designers can just go to our Sign Specifications page.
Downloadable interior and exterior signage product data sheets, a CSI 3-Part Specification, sign BIM drawings and third-party sustainability certifications provide all the information you need to specify sustainable signage.
Simply copy, paste and edit from these architect-approved documents to fit the needs of your building project.
Yes, signage companies bidding on division 10 signage or with clients wanting high quality wood signs are welcome to become a wholesale partner.

If you can hang a traditional office sign, you can hang a Green Dot Sign®. Many clients choose foam tape, in which case your signs arrive with double sided foam tape pre-applied. To install, simply remove tape backers, apply a small circle of silicone and mount your sign to the wall.
For a sturdier sign installation or highly textured surfaces, choose wood or metal studs. While this sign mounting method requires drilling holes in your wall, it is more secure.
Very high bond (VHB) is also available, however, it does not work for all wood sealing types.
To ensure that your ADA signs are installed according to ADA signage requirements go to our ADA Sign Height & Locations page.
Yes, we can provide your work group a virtual eco-friendly signage and ADA sign requirements overview. A 15 to 60 minute session helps your team discuss sustainable signs with clients and may keep your signage designs from joining the 50% of ADA sign packages that are not compliant.
Please reach out two weeks or more in advance to schedule. As a token of appreciation we’ll plant one tree per attendee through One Tree Planted.
Plastic signs are derived from fossil fuels, and are never biodegradable and rarely recyclable.
Manufacturing traditional signage often creates more waste than final sign weight. Conversely, our patent pending 3D printing processes creates almost no material waste. (Watch the below YouTube video and read our White Paper to learn more about the benefits of our signs.)
